I’ve worked on the editorial staff at 5280 , DiningOut, and American Bungalow magazines, and am a regular contributor at Eater, 5280Denver & Colorado HotelThe Coastal TableCape Cod Travel Guide, and Reign magazines.

I’ve also written for Eater, The Huffington Post, Livability,  BBC Travel, Tasting Table, Time Out, Food 52, Optimum Wellness, Edible Lower Alabama, Edible Denver,-Boulder-Fort Collins, Alabama JourneyThe Denver PostNourishEdible Cape CodDRAFT, and Cookie magazines, among others.

I authored the 2011 edition of Yum! a guidebook to Aurora’s ethnic and independent restaurants, which was featured on both National Public Radio and Colorado Public Radio. I’ve presented at the Slow Food Nations, the Museo de las Americas and have taught cooking classes at Whole Foods, The Seasoned Chef Cooking School, and others. I’ve also written for the Denver Film Festival and was the Denver contributing editor of the digital Eat Drink Lucky newsletter.

I've gone clamming on Cape Cod, ridden horseback on Colorado ranches, harvested grapes in Argentina, noshed on dumplings in New York City’s first dim sum restaurant, eaten green chile in Santa Fe, sipped Sazeracs in New Orleans, and slurped oysters in Boston. When I’m not eating and traveling, I live in Denver, Colorado.
